The compact Model 2204 RTU is designed for small to medium sized sites. Up to 4 I/O cards can be supported within the main I/O rack and expansion I/O racks can be easily added. The RTU provides the best solution for a wide variety of control system requirements. The RTUs have plenty of processing horsepower for large I/O systems and calculation intensive applications.
